Worked around student uni schedule. Most staff were nice. Free staff parties. Options to be trained for multiple roles.

Cons

If you get put as a food runner you spend most of your time doing all the work nobody else wants to do - dishes, cleaning up etc. But you're also expected to jump in to cover bar etc when they're busy but they'll stand around if you're swamped.
