      Pros

      There is a ton of autonomy and trust, but you have to be willing to work hard. This place is not for the lazy, the procrastinators or anyone looking to have their hand held. Work hard and be a good human and you will thrive here. The culture and people are incredible.

      Cons

      There is not much opportunity for career growth. As a small, flat organization you will get a lot of responsibility and autonomy, but don't expect much acknowledgement or advancement in job title.

      Pros

      I love this place so much! Everyone is like a family. If you work hard, it is rewarded proactively. Positive things are celebrated while negative things are dealt with in a professional and appropriate way. Management actually knows how to manage people, but everyone is a part of a "flat" organization where title never stops your voice from being heard. Work-life balance is strongly encouraged, which subsequently makes people hold themselves accountable and work smarter. You are truly a part of a TEAM here. Culture is everything here. Hands down, the best company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Wish the client roster was more varied. Since it's a small company, the more you advance in your career path, the harder it is to continue growing.
