      Decent gloves with a good consumer brand.

      Cons

      Occasional, only when he wants to be, CEO with an extremely elevated sense of self importance, lacking any level of company vision and even less experience, who needs another 10 years of actual work experience to be ready. A COO & Pres. who's narcissistic, machiavellian, psychopath nature, fuels a culture of deceit & corruption.

      Great product with a loyal following, good health insurance benefits and 401k benefits.

      Cons

      If you are related or are a friend to someone at the executive level, you will be promoted quickly and likely be given a title, even if you are not qualified to handle the tasks of your position. If you are not related or not someones crony, you will be stuck in a dead-end job with little opportunity for career advancement and growth.
