Well list is non ending. Let me start with 1) You will work in name of somebody else. If you anyhow or unintentionally reveals your identity to client, project will get terminated and you will be the one to get blamed. 2) Team Leader will not help you at all, I will not specifically mention someone here. My TL didnt have any knowledge about the process. She is there to just point out mistakes and if you ask her for any help she will always give excuses. 3) They don't give you any system to work on. You will have to work on your own system and if there is any break down in system, company will not give any reimbursement. This happened with me also. 4) Appraisal policy is just on paper; Everyone will get same appraisal, whether you work with dedication or just pass time. 5) You will entitled to 2 years of bound period and you will not get experience letter even if you pay bound amount. 6) There will be no appraisal between 6 month and 2 years from your joining date. 7) You are not allowed to take any leave in first one year. 8) Nothing new to learn. 9) Salary date is 10 10) If you want to explore other sides of testing; join if you just interested in manual.

The only pros is that you will be working from home despite knowing that you have no work life balance. Even the pros has cons.

I was excited when I joined this crap company. Like any other employee, I was ambitious, motivated but as soon as days passing by , I realized that my knowledge is going backwards. Time was the only thing that was going forward. They don't give a crap about what technology you know. If they tell you to work on some technology which you have no idea then they will give you two days for learning. And the best part is after two days, you are supposed to know everything. If you have no other offer, even then I don't recommend you to join this company. I talked to some employees in thus company who has more than three years of experience. I asked him which technology are you really good at? He said ...I don't know. I lost my three years. They gave me random projects. And after three years I can't switch to another job cause I am good at nothing.
