First they will kill your spirit, then they will kill your career. This place is the poster for where you don't want to end up. Owners exhibit complete and utter disrespect to employees. Absolutely no structure in this business. Managers are just given a title, and decisions made, are easily overturn by owners, who doesn't take the time to even listen. Screaming by owners is borderline verbal abuse.
They will make you feel stupid if you don't agree with them. What this company wants is a bunch of "yes" people. Management is completely disconnected from the employees who are all unhappy. The ones left are all looking for a different job and the ones not looking are new and not yet aware of the corrupted culture which they have just joined.
The HR department is controlled by the CFO and offers no protection to employees. They are petty about punching clock, will dock you for five minutes while any overtime that you put in goes unnoticed and unrewarded. Raises are little to none, during reviews they will feed you a bunch of lies which sounds like something from a poorly written script.
What they fail to recognizes is that the very people who work tirelessly to give you their all, you continue to beat them down. What you are left with is a group of people who does the bare minimum to earn a paycheck.
