      Worst Company Ever

      Pros

      There isn't much industry in Vermont, so if you are desperate, this puts food on the table.

      Cons

      This is run by a very religious family in Vermont who have carved out a niche market. They tend to use benefits are bargaining tools to keep the employees in line. The only way to advance to any level of management is to be a member of the family.

      Pros

      There are great benefits and vacation. Hours are amazing and you get ETO.

      Cons

      Management and HR aren't the best at keeping things confidential. If you like to work in a high school like environment then this company is great for you. Otherwise, the management likes to keep tabs on everything from how long you have a personal conversation to how long you are away using the restroom. I would strongly urge you not to engage too much with your coworkers as there are many sharks in this tank waiting to take down the weaker fish.

      Decent salary and benefits. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of experienced upper management. High employee turnover as a result. Stagnant development due to no clear course for the future. Little to no chance of moving up to higher management.
