I don’t recommend Med Center Therapy.

Cons

I don’t recommend working for Med Center Therapy because of its terrible leadership. The leaders here have horrible attitudes. It’s obvious that they don’t care about the well-being of their employees. We’re exploited and abused here, forced to work for extended hours with minimal breaks. All the while being verbally abused by the rude leadership.

-Wonderful mentorship and knowledgeable coworkers -Experience with latest technology paired with Evidence based interventions -Access to modalities and equipment on breaks -Birthdays and other events celebrated regularly -Variety of patient who become like family

Cons

-Parking and the commute was rough, but it’s Houston so… -It’s not feasible to leave for lunch (saved so much bringing my own lunch, tho) -My skin is extremely sensitive and didn’t do well with 7+ hours in water
