Pros

Downtown location CEO with an open door policy

Cons

Departments from other areas within the company micro-manage the Contact Center Operation. Medical Information Assistants are mistreated by senior leadership. Medical Information Assistants are not paid well for the job the position. Contact Center Supervisor has too many responsibilities to manage. No room for even a small error. SOP's, Work Instructions, & Guidance Documents are written for employees to make process deviations. Hidden forms of retaliation Lack of training for management and staff No overtime period- If you allowed your direct reports to receive a minute of overtime, the CEO would have an issue. After being in business for 20 years company is just now wanting to create a company culture.

HI, Med Communications, Inc wants to thank you for your feedback. I apologize that you did not have a pleasant experience while with us. Med Communications, Inc strongly commits to providing 'Service Excellence' to all of our clients. Med Comm has many processes and procedures in place and those may be directed by the Clients. It is our Companies responsibility to ensure that we are servicing to their expectations. We understand errors will be made and we apologize if this could be mistaken as micro managing staff, I would like to inform that in order to provide service excellence we have to be quick to catch and correct errors as they occur so that it does not become reoccurring. Regarding the Medical Information Contact Center Supervisor, I am pleased to state that Med Comm has split teams and added a 2nd supervisor. Supervisors now have more time to manage their responsibilities and dedicate to their staffs needs. This has been successful and very good for the environment in the office. As a small company that has been hit with aggressive growth, to staff it may seem like situations are being ignored when in fact we are working to build the structure that fits for the circumstances. MC will promote more insight during changes like these. I appreciate your advice to management, this will be a topic to discuss with the Company as we continue to grow. Thank you.
