Pros
This is a casual work place with friendly people. 401k Match is great.
Cons
There is no posting of openings to move up in the company. Managers have no set rules so you may be fired by one for something very remedial, All the while others get away with sleeping, watching TV on there cell phone, and being highly unprofessional to agents & customers. There is no actual Human resource dept. So if you have an issue there is no where to go.
