Training was great, pay is good, and they actually do annual employee reviews.

Cons

Some managers speak to you very disrespectfully and condescending as if you are an invalid, and when you report them you are reminded by their superior that they have known them a very long time, a Clear indication that nothing will be done. HR is also part of the nepotistic equation. You will be written up if you stand up for yourself.

Short lunches, ghetto office atmosphere, people are talking about their personal lives for all to hear and favoritism gets you far. If your a temp even hard work doesn’t pay off.
