Pros

Small company with people easily accessible. Honest people. Minimal paperwork and more autonomy. Willingness to expand to other ventures.

Cons

Employs all their family members who happen to be of the Mormon faith, which does not apply to me. Pay is well below industry standards. Difficult getting expenses reimbursed.

Med One Group Response

Med One is an equal opportunity employer and respects the opinion of the above reviewer as well as all current employees. With the corporate office located in Utah, many employees may share the same values but the company still remains very diverse. As the company grows, opportunities have been provided to many hard working and distinct individuals across several states. All employees are held to a high standard with strong work ethic. It is required that all employees provide an honest effort while accomplishing their assigned job functions. Med One is a very understanding company and respectfully opposes the above former employee's review.

Pros

There are no pro's for working here

Cons

This company doesn't value you. To them you are a easily replicable body that is dedicated to this company and nothing else. You are required to take an on-call shift. You are required to work 12+ hours a day. If you get burnt out from working too much you are required to get over it and work more. I don't recommend anyone to work for Med One.
