Pros
Flexible with PTO and Work hours
Cons
If you value yourself and your work, don’t work here. Your hard work goes unnoticed and unappreciated. They have no problem continuing to add more work and duties on your plate, but aren’t willing to compensate for it. To get any type of raise here, you must ask for it only to be put on a “performance plan” with unobtainable goals. 6-12 months later, you’ll still be proving you’re worth an extra .25-.50. You’re just a number, crunching numbers. If you are fine with staying in the same position for years, being forced to do more work and to beg for scraps, this is the place for you. They don't treat their employees well and that is the reason all the senior folks have left them for better opportunity.
