Pros

Flexible with PTO and Work hours

Cons

If you value yourself and your work, don’t work here. Your hard work goes unnoticed and unappreciated. They have no problem continuing to add more work and duties on your plate, but aren’t willing to compensate for it. To get any type of raise here, you must ask for it only to be put on a “performance plan” with unobtainable goals. 6-12 months later, you’ll still be proving you’re worth an extra .25-.50. You’re just a number, crunching numbers. If you are fine with staying in the same position for years, being forced to do more work and to beg for scraps, this is the place for you. They don't treat their employees well and that is the reason all the senior folks have left them for better opportunity.

Pros

Flexible Hours Fellow employees are caring and friendly

Cons

The expectations of the job were not made clear. I was hired with the expectation that I was supposed to do Quality Work with extreme attention to detail. I was praised for my attention to detail until it was time to look at my production. I was not made aware that there was a production requirement until it was too late for me to make significant changes to my production. Also, a very high rate of turnover. I was there for about 4 months and saw a large number of employees fired.

Medbill has an extensive hands-on training program for all employees. Expectations and progression of employee’s performance are reviewed monthly using employee-accessible tools and data. We recognize that this type of work is not for everyone. Quality is at the forefront of all we do and our entire system is continuously centered around creating a quality process so we respectfully disagree with the given assessment.

Pros

It's a job. Also no drug screens are required.

Cons

It's a family owned company and their turnover is ridiculous. If you're entry-level don't bother,. Lack of communication.
