It's unbelievable how disorganized this company is. From the interview process, the CEO and recruiters were not clear about the job description Red Flag #1. After signing a contract on 4/29/23, my position was "no longer available" 8 hours before my first shift in June 2023 Red Flag #2. Other companies such as Medlead are associated with this company and Medelite outsources the onboarding process so expect random emails from other agencies. After the onboarding process expect delays and encounters with many employees who will gossip about each other. I was left with their laptop for over 2 months and waited for someone to contact me after sending a few emails Red Flag #3. If I was not an honest person, I could've kept their laptop until they remembered me. When someone got back to me, they stated that other positions were going to be available, but I could not take that risk again. This company needs to be rebooted and management needs to be more aware of the nature of this agency.
