There is a lot. The Consumer Health & Wellness department reeks of toxicity beyond what you can imagine: 1. The sales manager pretends to know what she's doing and takes credit for her employees' contributions 2. Same manager acts like a high school mean girl in need of validation, backstabs people she works with (and smokes with), talks about her s*x life during work hours 3. Same manager will bully you and get your other colleagues to go against you by undermining your skills, criticizing everything you do, and backstabbing you 4. Co-workers that survived under this manager are also politicking, backstabbing, *ss kiss*ng people with no principles whatsoever. They will step on you to survive. 5. Same co-workers who used to backstab you to gain leverage with manager are now against manager. 6. The department has no structure, no sales, no work-life balance 7. HR doesn't do anything about the bullying, mental health concerns, reports, retaliatory attacks 8. Prepare to be humiliated in front of other departments just because
