      ~ Small, agile team. ~ Impactful product.

      Not a collaborative environment. Employees are afraid of communicating true feelings about leadership and management. Not a place that encourages innovation.

      mission driven - great community and apps to improve health great people and team - loved the people whom I met at the company. Cohesive culture & family feel to the company.

      * Working with people who know how to get things done, but also know how to have fun every day * Challenging projects and learning opportunities from collaborating with smart, motivated individuals * Management cares about your professional goals and how they can help you achieve them * A focus on helping people to live healthy lives

      Cons

      * Transitioning out of startup-like operations means some processes are still being optimized (but these are opportunities for everyone to help the company evolve) * Office location is a little too close to the Tenderloin. Interesting characters lurking about.
