      Pros

      Training (if you’re on the right team) Arthrex product is by far one of the best Some of the people are cool.

      Cons

      Over-worked, extremely high turnover rate. Lack of structure Poor leadership and management Very low pay, terrible benefits. No 401k match

      Pros

      Fantastic company to work for with a caring and dedicated upper management group. Their education ladder is fantastic as well and they work hard to set you up with all the tools you need to be successful.

      Cons

      Only cons I can think of, is starting out the hours can be long, but it is only to benefit you and get you prepared faster to be a better consultant.
