Pros

Most of people are nice. Learned a lot of things and had a good salary, but benefits are bad.

Cons

They have a very poor management. People do whatever they want. They are working on Covid testing but they don't follow safety rules or don't care about the patient's results. The lab leaders are not smart enough to know what is going on in the lab. Their only ability is to yell at people and push them to work harder, despite their bad performance. The environment is toxic. They do a lot of illegal stuff there, and disregard the importance of compliance. They don't respect their employees. All they care about is money.

Pros

The pay can be considered "fairly good"

Cons

Lack of good Management. Unorganized. Write-ups given to employees unfairly. Constantly hiring contract workers instead of giving incentives to retain employees.

Pros

Most coworkers were friendly, but you do run into your occasional a**holes. Company does pay insurance for employees and allows you to choose which health care plan you are interested in. Pay is decent but even with inflation, they are not willing to give 2 more cents to their employees, so prepare to be stuck on the same pay for years.

Cons

No raises, whatsoever. Managers tend to micromanage employees, and they have a tendency to hire inexperienced managers. Prepare to also be let go at any point in time, as the company tends to often lay off a lot of workers at once. Managers also tend to be hired not by their experience but instead based on the friendship/relationship they have with owners or other upper management. Lastly, there is absolutely no place for growth at this company.
