KATE is a great product that you can really stand behind ethically. In a world where AI brings so much controversy this is probably one of the best use cases for AI and an amazing technical implementation of it. Technical rigor and quality. Mednition's clinical validation process is extremely rigorous. Everything is looked at carefully by a team of experienced doctors and nurses. You know that the patients are getting the best in-class "second pair of eyes", which is actually helpful and reassuring.

No 401K match program, Currently lacking a clear direction for promotion, which is expected of a startup, but would be nice to see that.
