Management, just not worth it Lack of appointments Constantly short staffed

Narcissistic practices. Management had favorites and would constantly pull you into the office to gossip about other staff members and put you against one another. They would also take 1000 smoke breaks and take staff with her increasing the work load for the ones that didn’t smoke. Extremely high turn over some would start and quit the same day. Most of the staff are afraid of management and just went along with whatever they snapped their fingers for them to do. Benefits, pay, and PTO plan were horrible also. Opportunity for advancement, absolutely none.
