Pros

Weekly pay. Not the best pay but at least you get paid weekly. There aren't alot of pros to working here.

Cons

No processes in place. They expect you to know what they want and how without being trained. Terrible attitudes. Co workers are unprofessional and disrespectful. If you are not part of the clique then LOOK OUT!!!

Pros

Great working environment with flexible hours. Teamwork to meet weekly and monthly goals and quotas. Management respects loyalty and recognizes the talent in the work force.

Cons

Company is closing due to the Owners retiring. I will lose a great working environment and the relationshios with clients and candidated that I have worked with over the past 10 years.
