Whatever you do, don’t work for this company, especially as a Revenue Analyst in Provider Resolution Services-Provider Billing Inquiry & Resolution.
Let’s start with MedRisk as a whole. They care nothing about the employee experience and/or your physical or mental health. You start out with 15 PTO days, 7 holidays, but no sick days at all. The pay is very low for some roles. When things are brought up Management, it falls on deaf ears. Very high turnover, especially in Leadership roles. This includes CEOs as well. They don’t care!
Revenue Analyst in Provider Resolution Services-Provider Billing Inquiry & Resolution is a team you don’t want to be on! Production Standards are too high for the work that you have to actually do. The current Manager and Director of this department has destroyed this team since the reorganization. They should NOT be in leadership. Multiple team leads have left under them. In their own words, “There standards are aggressive”. When have you ever heard a good leader say that to their team? The team needs to moved to a new Director and Manager.
Human Resources here is bad, sometimes not even responding to emails. They also don’t seem personable, meaning they lack people skills.
Morale surveys through an external company each year. However, year after year, we are asked to take these surveys about how we feel about the company, our jobs, etc. Nothing ever changes or gets any better, it’s actually got worse. In fact, they NEVER share the results with team members.
Technology and systems are highly outdated, which is ineffective in a production
Pay is extremely low, and you’re NOT compensated for the amount of work that’s required. It’s almost insulting.
In conclusion, don’t come work from this place. You’ll shortly regret it! I hope this honest review helps. As you can see from the over 400 reviews on here already, 2.5 average stars out of 5 says A LOT.
