Family environment with collaborative teams Flexibility in work and work-from-home schedules Amazing HR and IT departments to provide support

Cons

Not for highly-motivated, innovative employees with entrepreneurial mindsets. Management is super slow to make decisions. Can feel totally unsupported and in the dark at times. Communication happens in silos and outside of your team there is little collaboration. Saying people first and being people first are two different things. It is every man for himself at MedSource. You will not be defended or supported in your career growth and it's up to you to make things happen.
