      Pros

      I love having a stable job, in a sable environment. During each holiday MedTrust makes sure to send a card with a gift card to places like Amazon! It is a nice gesture and makes me feel appreciated.

      Cons

      I have not found any cons with working with this facility. This is the longest job I have had for a reason!

      Pros

      One of the best companies I have worked for, ever. They believe in solving problems not laying blame. True diversity and acceptance of others and their culture. Attention to what employees need to do their job effectively, from training to equipment (both soft & hard). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

      Cons

      There is no Corporate contribution to 401K.

      Good pay. Pleasant interview. Nice manager (via telephone)

      Cons

      They changed insurance company sometime after I was hired. Disappointed with their choice and cost. (It's always ironic when healthcare businesses cut cost like that) didn't really screen staff for their skills for specialty type clinics.
