- Inappropriate workplace conversations - Inadequate training with no process and no designated trainer. - No formal review process, annual or otherwise. - Lack of change management process with regards to workplace improvements. - Bullying behaviors if you’re slower to catch on due to lack of training. For example, calling staff names! - Toxic culture that encourages lateral management instead of vertical management. Causing chaos and peer to peer issues. - The workload is not equally dispersed, causing frictional dynamics between peers. - Executive leadership is trying to make positive improvements, but mid level leadership constantly fights change. Making it difficult for staff to improve and balance their workload.

Toxic leadership culture stemming from an inexperienced CFO who worked maybe 5-6 hours a day with a tyrant of a side kick who was literally forced out of every department they worked in, and a hard working talented but mean spirited and vindictive COO.
