The supervisors are not organized themselves. You constantly get different information from different people. It becomes confusing. They promote they will automatically give you 70hrs of sick time without you having to accumulate it but when you do request it, there’s always a reason why is not approved. If you are all about productivity and not about actually helping people, this is the role for you. The caseload is manageable but each member needs are different and is difficult to fully help everyone with all their needs.
