I got to work closely with in house Anesthesia team.

Cons

Leadership did not provide a lot of feedback or direction. Most of that was up to the hospital I worked within.

Bad pay Terrible management No appreciation for the work you do Owner spent $90,000 on a museum quality frame for an antique American flag but couldn’t afford raises. What a hypocrite. CFO is aggressively religious and loves using her position to shove it down people’s throats. Rules and regulations are inconsistently adhered to, depending on who you kiss up to.
