Revolving door - get a view of what not to aspire to.

Cons

Secretive, passive aggressive management. Just do your work. No opportunity for advancement. No plans to expand the co. 90% of work from one client - basically an out of house agency. Mostly manufacturing and production of signage though they read like a marketing company.

Pros

Initially they let me established protocols and guide lines for production and work processes. Once established they let me go to hire a less experienced person for less money. That should tell you a lot.

Cons

No increases in salaries. No respect for work done. The company is run like a pure dictatorship from the "CEO" and other principles with little infrastructure. Corporate vision is unclear and changes to catch-up rather than anticipate. CEO has never worked anywhere else, and has no experience of how a real company is operated. Poor work culture.

Cons

No cost-of-living or merit-based raises (I got one raise in 6 years of employment) Scant client list Resistant to change with the times
