      Pros

      A lot of good people worked there, but once the private equity firm out of NYC became more involved, the culture became negative. There’s a lot of underhandedness and duplicity at medalogix.

      Cons

      Let go and/or marginalized several women while they were expecting. Recalled shares that were used as leverage time and time again to sway employees to stay at the company for less money. While they may have had legal ground to recall shares, uninformed leadership verbally mislead everyone on the team for years. Leadership are wolves in sheep’s clothing.

      Pros

      Medalogix offers a good work life balance and offers meaningful work in the healthcare tech space. Employees are highly qualified and good to work with.

      Cons

      Medalogix leadership continues to abuse employees and is not trustworthy. This is a very small company (approx 25 employees) where there have been multiple (3-4) employees let go that had NO idea that management was not satisfied with their work performance. Long term employees are also jumping ship and voicing their concerns with changes and current status. This is a startup that just can’t get their act together

      The last two and a half years at Medalogix have been the best of my professional career. There have been some very minor bumps along the way but I'm amazed and thankful when I consider how great it has been and continues to be. Everyone here has shared, positive expectations of success for this company, which has perhaps been self-fulfilling. The company and our products seem to be improving consistently. I had expected some negative changes to come with our growth, but so far we have successfully staved off any such encroachment. Our clients enjoy working with us and speak of us in overwhelmingly positive terms. The atmosphere here is one of trust and optimism. From a purely technical perspective, our stack is cutting-edge and we consider nothing to be off the table for discussion if it might improve our products or our services to our clients. It's a blessing to be a part of this team. I'm very happy to be here.

      Cons

      I'm know that a developer in the Nashville area might be able to jockey for a higher salary, but some things can't be bought.
