The people are absolutely horrible. Other employees mainly the upper management of customer service and other higher ups talk horribly about others and make up lies and rumors about other employees. Not sure how some of these people still work here and haven't been sued by the way they treat people. They need to learn to be nicer and value hard working employees before the good ones are fed up. Too much of a high school environment which is ridiculous since most of these people are retirement age. Micromanage like crazy and the csr manager is always watching her employees like she doesn't trust them and gets involved in their personal life like telling certain people they can't be friends outside of work. What someone does outside of the office is none of anyones business. She threatens people with their jobs all the time. Some of these people in management roles have no business being managers.
