      Nepotism is strong here C-level managements are psychopath, B-level managements are incompetent Unprofessional environment, negative attitude about minority, LGBT, and women behind closed door Managers bully, threat, and intimidate Interrupt work because system go down is common

      Early hours, some company meals only when a client comes over, casual work place

      If you graduated college and you're working here doing data entry, just leave. Can't emphasize this enough... Know your worth. Management looks down on you and watches over your shoulder. Nepotism plays a huge part in this company. Everything about this place is corrupt. One of the executive's brother who didn't know how to use a computer at all was promoted and given a raise before everyone else. Working a mindless job for barely over minimum wage is not worth it. I don't understand why people are staying here with a B.S. in bio or economics and doing strictly data entry. It's pretty sad to see. Glad I left.

      Nice location and ample parking.

      Cons

      The negative reviews are true. There are a lot of problems that are not addressed. Management has no idea how to run a company. There is so much politics and favoritism that it will destroy the company. Several good people have recently left the company and there are others that want out. People don't leave because the company is a problem, they leave because the management is a problem.
