Pros

Very flat management structure which means decisions can be made faster, great working environment, passionate and enthusiastic colleagues. This company is clearly paving the way for a very different, simpler and more patient centric way of delivering healthcare. Highly recomended. You will learn lots and be fully supported.

Cons

I cannot think of any as I felt fully supported and intergrated. A lovely company to work for,

- Impacting real people with really important life decisions (surgery) every day and potential to build an experience we'll have ourselves sooner or later - Inclusive, cooperative, fun and driven team culture - we're friends outside working hours - Uniting some of the smartest and most skilled people we know - The business model makes sense - we're building something that will last - Strong data focus for decisionmaking

Cons

- Startup rollercoaster with lots of responsibility and ups and downs - not something for everybody - A corporate or grown-up will pay more (but don't offer the impact and personal growth) - You need to be able to cope with British dark humour

Humble great and refreshing startup atmosphere. Nice people too. The management is young and engaged. City centered, cosy office with a relaxed hybrid working model.
