Plenty of holiday entitlement, pay rise each year, sick pay after one day of absence and a very fair company to work for- unlike many companies that offer Security Services
Cons
Area Manager has to deal with booking time off, wages, wage qqueries, ordering uniforms and much more so can be a little frustrating trying to sort things out, but always get there in the end.
