Pros

New DON/ADON are VERY approachable and do genuinely want to help the staff. Decent pay, good benefits (although expensive for families), very willing to work with you on your schedule and excellent about giving time off.

Cons

Understaffed and over-worked (like every other SNF/Rehab center out there). Patient/Staff ratios are legal, but as is the case with every facility like this, there are way too many patients to be able to provide reasonable, safe and effective care to the patients.

Pros

This place is just outright awful. Please don't even consider applying here. They don't care about their employees, will work you to death, and spread staff so thinly that ratios are constantly unsafe.

Cons

Everything about working here has sucked. Literally, everything.

Pros

The residents are the only reason I still work here.

Cons

Management not stable. Continuously cycling through new DONs, administers, and unit managers, nurses and cna's. To the point that they don't drug test new hires anymore, and it shows. Things "go missing" from residents almost weekly. It is a joke, like they're picking them up off the street. Mandation is common practice, for nurses and cna's. If not mandated then forced to work so short that it endangers every person under your care. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. If I could leave zero stars then I would have.
