Toxic work culture, team-lead plays foul favourites and disastrous management

Work processes are not hard to learn but you wont remember anything positive if there is high level of mistreatment and least amount of trust.

But the management of this place is disgusting. Some of the team leads have no sense at all. Favouritism towards useless colleagues and mistreatment for experienced and knowledgeable employees. There is one team lead - no one will ever face someone with least intellect and terrible decision making skills. Am not sure how she got into that position. So beware of joining in Medisystem Mississauga branch - they have horrible team leads especially this one useless narcissist. If by mistake you went in her team then leave all your dignity and self respect and get ready to get treated like trash. Despite of all the complaints, the management will not do anything about these cruel behaviours. Because toxic people are under the shade here at this place and are being protected. And thereby loosing valuable employees Dont join this company especially Mississauga branch. They will drain your energy and your confidence and leave you like a piece of trash. Here is the summary of Medisystem Mississauga: • Company core values do not serve as the basis for how the organization functions especially here. • Employee suggestions are disregarded. People are afraid to give honest feedback. • Micromanaging -Little to no autonomy is given to employees in performing their jobs. This is applicable to particular team leads and pharmacists. • Blame games without analyzing the situation • High employee turn over • Overworking is a badge of honour and is expected. The team leads decide who gets to work overtime and stats. These are not allowed for colleagues they don’t favour • Little or strained interaction between employees and management. • Gossiping and/or social cliques. • Favoritism and office politics. • Aggressive or bullying behavior. Expect all of the above.
