Provide an important service to seniors with behavioral health issues.

Cons

Leadership constantly changing, and only concerned about bottom line. Field staff are moved around like pawns on a chess board. This is not good in building patient-provider relationships.

Meditelecare has been the best decision I've made. The organization truly functions as a team. The training is thorough and everyone is very helpful. Their model of business if patient focused which I love and the work life balance they provide is unlike most companies you will work for. They prefer to promote from within and place value on their current employees which is awesome. If your looking to make a change I would highly recommend this company !
