Pros
I had the chance to participate in building framework based on Angular to recreate application simulators for Adobe, Microsoft or Vmware software. Great team, good chance to investigate new technologies and great team sense.
Cons
As it was an international project, communication was in English with everybody and was complicated at the begining. Tight schedules and plans, but a good chance to build a good team.
