      Amazing workplace culture

      Pros

      1.Amazing workplace culture. 2.Strong focus on culture which includes lots of team activities which are scheduled almost fornightly (dinners, karaoke, lunch, lawn bowls etc). 3. Celebration for all birthdays in a given month happen at months end where media merchants buys a cake, kitchen stocked with breakfast/lunch supplies. 4.Competitive salary. 5.Management support and recognition for performance. 6.0 workplace politics... No politics... Ego free workplace.

      Cons

      Having worked in Big 4 companies and multiple other corporations I can honestly say there are no cons working here.

      * Management cares and listens to staff feedback * Opportunities for progression * Great culture * Treated with respect and compassion * Good focus on work/life balance * Constant recognition and appreciation for hard work * Lots of snacks

      * Dealing with clients who have unrealistic expectations, but that's the Advertising biz!

      Needs to level up on the Technical Stack and more complex projects because this company has the potential to do so.
