Pros

Getting into the next job

Cons

Micromanagement, no support, always negative work environment, hear stories of how the major global player is worse and constant stories of 'personal difficulties' from the founder which have no bearing on the business. Constant criticism of older male workers for their age and resentment for lunch hours that last an hour as well as for punctual office departure. Seen people leave within 2 weeks. Constant and irrelevant personal texts late at night and during weekends.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and feedback. We are an equal opportunity company that do not discriminate against age, gender and sexuality. We treat every staff as our asset. We nurture them to grow to their fullest potential and invest in training for them to develops skills and knowledge to work with minimal supervision. The Company has an on-going performance management system to asses performance and reward staff. This person did not perform in his role, and the Company remedial action is to provide him with further training on skills, products and industry knowledge. Despite all the efforts undertaken by the Company, this personnel performance did not improve. With much regret, the Company asked this person to tender in his resignation. It is disappointing to read this negative sentiment from this person as it reinforces he did not appreciate the efforts the Company has undertaken to support him. We wish this person all the best for his future endeavors.

Pros

Colleagues are nice, helpful and approachable.

Cons

Toxic environment with warped mind from the management. Not easy to even survive if you are not submissive to instruction that is unreasonable. Turnover is extremely high with the shortest 10 days to 2 months.

Pros

None to report—this was a wholly negative experience across all aspects of employment.

Cons

• Salary payments were chronically delayed and never met payroll deadlines, creating constant financial stress for staff. • Boss publicly disrespected employees by attacking them face-to-face over personal appearance and outfits, fostering a humiliating work environment. • Highly emotional CEO kept scolding staff, slamming the table in rage, and scheduling meetings at non-working hours, creating an atmosphere of constant fear and burnout. • Commission structure was repeatedly changed to favor the boss, who took over 95% of profits, leaving staff with minimal rewards despite strong performance. • Sales targets were deliberately unachievable and escalated without logic—if you hit 10 million one year, the next target jumped to 15 million under a progressive commission system that ensured lower earnings even on overachievement. • High bad debt levels combined with overly complex accounting and unclear miscellaneous charges signaled severe financial instability, making staff feel the company was on the brink of collapse.
