Smaller company - big future

Pros

Industry leader in the consumer neuromarketing research field. You get to work with big clients and cool tech. MediaScience invests a lot in the company in terms of equipment and capabilities so it's an impressive place to work in that regard.

Cons

Because it's a small company, the benefits are limited but if you work hard you are rewarded. Two weeks vacation max a year even after working there for over 2 years. There is a gym benefit though which is nice

Flexible hours and work schedule. Friendly staff and management.

Cons

Can get boring during slow hours.

Not A Place To Stay Too Long

Pros

The work isn't too demanding but a lot of problems will occur that you or your coworkers will have to fix. The coworkers make the experience much more enjoyable. The technology you use is pretty interesting. The clients you meet sometimes have cool stories to exchange.

Cons

CEO doesn't care about his employees, constantly makes remarks that seem like his employees don't matter and are replaceable. Management isn't better either. There definitely is some favoritism around the office. Sometimes the equipment and software don't work and no one knows why. If you're hired they don't really train you. Its more of your coworkers helping you along the way.
