      Pros

      You get valuable experience with a wide variety of projects, devices and manufacturers. Insurance is affordable.

      Cons

      Expectations are poorly communicated. Certain employees get away with awful, unprofessional behavior. Dispatch is overwhelmed and incompetent.

      We have been in business for 21 years and have excellent employee retention. We provide an employee handbook, processes and procedures, weekly tech calls and an open line of communication to all supervisors and management. Leads are in place on all jobs to provide daily leadership on the projects and the first line of escalation.

      The pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      There is generally lots of travel. When I left the communication between upper management and techs was pretty bad.
