HR person was really friendly and wanted to get me a few interviews. The whole process was nicely managed.

Cons

Following the 3 rounds of interviews I wasn't given any feedback on the status of the job despite chasing the HR person 3 times until I felt awkward to continue messaging them. We work in communications industry but really let down by EssenceMediacom for not providing any feedback even if it wasn't positive. In future, I will be highly reluctant to ever consider this place for employment for myself or others I know.
