One of the best reasons to work for this company is the culture of learning the process in various media and platforms that would help your career in advance in the future. You'll be able to manage quickly and learn to adapt your skills in fast paced environment.

Cons

I guess the time when I used to work with them is that they are improving the tools available in keeping up to date and the management.

Thank you very much and yes, if you were an employee between 2009 - 2013. We were actually updating and trying to make the system more efficient for everyone. As more sales came in we were able to move the investment into infrastructure development to strengthen the system and tools of employees. Thank you for the review ^_^

Best training & training i had in my career

✅ Near at the LRT 2 line ✅ Full training & experience in an advertising agency ✅ Great team culture ✅ My boss trained me well and a great mentor ✅ Cheap nearby food stores and shopping mall during lunch ✅ Great training ground specially for fresh graduates ✅ They value quality of work ✅ Yearly salary increase ✅ Overtime pay

Cons

I can't say its a legit con but any ad agency has always have a tight timetables and sometimes you need to do overtime but its totally understandable because you want to deliver a quality output, and i said its a great training for you as well.
