      Aggressive Telemarketing

      Pros

      Outside grounds and physical building were peaceful and attractive. I took walks daily during lunch breaks around the large center pond noticing swans and ducks swimming in the center fountain and the really beautiful landscaping of the entire campus.

      Cons

      Despite prospects informing me of being on the National Do Not Call list, prospects would continue to be called on a rotating dialer across the entire nation. The level of hostility towards me by prospective clients as a telemarketer was otherworldly and resulted in literal physical ailments. I understood the utter frustration prospects expressed over the incessant calls from my department and the company's disregard for Do Not Call requests.       Nothing positive about this place

      Cons

      Upper leadership only cared for themselves. Left staff of 200+ with no notice and closed the doors. Didn’t even allow people to collect personal belongings. Upper leadership took funds and started new call centers when employees didn’t get paid for a month
