colleagues, supoprt, remote work, funds for remote work set up, good company size means your impact is recognized quicker, benefits (they're really good), the effort is rewarded, internal growth and promotion, approachable SLT . Speaking from experience on the revenue side, leaders are knowledgeable, helpful, and keen to help you grow within your role and beyond.

Cons

We were acquired last year which came with some growing pains and hard finances for the 2024 year, but things are rolling in 2025 with lots of investment in their people. Would be nice to see more women and diversity on the sales side.
