Pros

Good benefits for fulltimers, facilities are great. Pay increment based on years worked, leave allowance is great.

Cons

Not a lot of food options around, work life balance questionable, internal support between departments could be better. Pay could be considered low for amount of work put in.

Pros

Colleagues in Programming, Productions and Artistes Management are great to work with. Work from home indefinitely. Perfect work life balance.

Cons

The CEO seems to prioritize personal loyalty and her inner circle over actual performance, which is a big reason the company keeps declining year after year. Decisions feel highly subjective and driven by personal preferences rather than business outcomes. There’s also an unhealthy culture of gossip at the top. Her push for indefinite work-from-home may win popularity internally, but it’s clearly hurting the business — and there doesn’t seem to be much concern about the long-term impact.
