Since it is a small company, you get to learn a lot about project management and how to run a campaign from start to finish. People at Mediakix are very nice.

..........however, the new parent company Stadiumred Group is corrupt and disorganized. Mediakix was acquired and the new parent company DOES NOT know how to run a business. Taking care of their employees is the last thing on their list. They think that giving employees days off and half days will help make up for leadership mistakes. I've worked at a lot of corporate companies, and recognize that not all companies are perfect and there will always be imperfections, but SRG is HORRIBLE...things started going downhill and people are dropping like flies. I'm almost embarrassed to say that I worked at a company that unethically treats the employees the way that SRG does.Also went 4 pay cycles without getting paid on time. WHO DOES THAT??? Stop blaming other people for your poor decisions. This company is a joke. If you want to work here, good luck.
