Pros
Compensation is OK. Benefits are above average for the industry with profit-sharing incentives. Upper Management cares about the employees and shows it. The company hasn't made any really big mistakes in the past several years, so things are stable and poised to grow slowly but steadily.
Cons
The social atmosphere in the office can be very dysfunctional at times with a lot of drama. It all depends on the personalities of the employees and who you are lucky enough to work with regularly. The company sometimes cares too much about its employees, which can result in holding on to people who are unqualified for the job and don't add much value but do add a lot of pain. It's a small company with little opportunity for advancement.
