Salary is not so high, but pretty normal for a non-profit cultural institution. Everything at the end of the day has to go through the directors, so the power structure is not as horizontal as it should be.
Multicultural office with good ratio of women and men. Creative atmosphere as many artistic projects where combined with technology. Nice spot in the city.

Development wise lots of legacy code to maintain. New features were tough to be implemented due to the previous reason. Although the office atmosphere was great salaries were a bit low for the costs of living in Amsterdam.
