      Pros

      It's very laid back and nobody works particularly hard. Most people come in at 10 and leave at 5 on the dot.

      Cons

      I was the only one who knew how to bring in traffic. Even if it wasn't very good or qualified traffic, but still there is value even if you are spending a lot of money to do that. Anyways, they don't recognize the people who do great things.

      Pros

      For a startup its really relaxed. Everyone comes in at 10 and is out the door by 5pm. Executive team takes every friday off throughout the year. It's possible that's why the company hasn't down much, but quality of live is Dynomite!

      Cons

      These are editors who felt they new the internet business. They act like the know everything and really know nothing. I think the head of development was doing book reviews before this gig. CEO is major megalomanic. Although he certainly thinks of himself as 'salt of the earth.' It's quite a show.

      Pros

      Mediander.com launched in July 2013. The company has been finding its feet for a year and is now in a positive growth stage. The environment is conducive to those who are willing to apply themselves to many different tasks. Mediander challenges employees to be intelligent generalists instead of narrow-minded specialists.

      Cons

      Mediander expects employees to be open to new ideas. The philosophy is that critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn are necessary for even top experts. Those who are not comfortable in this kind of environment may feel Mediander devalues real experience. I say this is not true. In my experience at Mediander the best ideas and work are always rewarded.
