      Pros

      HQ in city center; Free snacks; Not bad salary. Flexible time to work at.

      Cons

      - Salary paid by how many hours you spent on tasks, it's disadvantage because they want employees work fast, and there is not enough tasks to do and if there is no tasks to do automatically salary is way lower than you expect. - Not friendly colleagues, no communication at all. HR people are friendly. - Very bad project management, organization is very bad, Agile exists only theoretically, but not practically. - Benefits not that great as they say - For parking employee have to pay by himself

      Cons

      Managers are often overworked and thus can't support their teams fully. Average salary. Personal gripes: Occasional lack of career direction. An often uncomfortable co-existence with a sister management consultancy company within the same office space.
